Blue skies that seem to go on forever, rolling hills, and unspoiled views of our beautiful front range. Wildflowers, butterflies, and warm prairie breezes. Brilliant pink and orange sunsets, shooting stars, and acres of quiet country. Welcome to 3 Cord Meadows.
Located a short 30 minute drive east of Colorado Springs, we are close enough to enjoy the conveniences of the city, but far enough away that you can celebrate in the quiet solitude that only the plains of Colorado can offer.
Our eclectic country-chic venue is family owned and family run. You and your guests will have access to a variety of amenities that become a blank canvas for your own individual vision, but always offers vintage simplicity and beauty. Enjoy the red, metal sided building with beautiful wooden doors, an outdoor ceremony area with the most gorgeous view of Pikes Peak, a courtyard area brimming with twinkling lights, rocking chairs and wildflowers, and a haybarn that provides additional comforts while enjoying the outdoors.

Prices include: Our certified wedding coordinator for day of coordination. Use of Entire Venue Space (Main Barn, Hay Barn, Courtyard, Ceremony Area, Bridal Suite and Bathrooms) for 12 Hours PLUS additional rehearsal time. Other Inclusions: Tables and white chairs for up to 125 people, Outdoor seating and cocktail tables, Rustic bar set up, Lawn games, and Venue Management
